Kissimmee, FL, August 27, 2018 -- DataPsy, Inc today announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of consultancy Learning Journey, Inc. and its division X Factor Institute. With the closing of the deal, the successful legacy of Learning Journey Inc and X Factor Institute success will be expanded.
Learning Journey, Inc. began its successful history as DML Training and Consulting, Inc., which was formed in 1989 by Donna Long. For the first ten years of operations, DML created community-wide quality process initiatives called Quality First and Quality Now. Partnering with Chambers of Commerce and Community Colleges in Daytona Beach, Gainesville, Ft. Lauderdale, Osceola County, Putnam County and Manatee County, DML worked with hundreds of private and public sector organizations, helping them to increase productivity and improve their bottom lines.
In addition to the Chamber/Community College initiatives, Learning Journey Inc served hundreds of private and public sector organizations by creating and delivering programs on leadership, customer experiences, effective communication, effective Interviewing skills, teamwork, emotional Intelligence, and quality process Improvement
In 2015, Learning Journey created two certifications for certifying customer experience leaders and providers through its division X Factor Institute. The Qualified Customer Xperience Leader (QCXL) Certification and the Qualified Customer Xperience Professional (QCXP) Certification both provide a number of positive business outcomes including higher customer satisfaction,
